No real estate transaction is without complications, but Diane Wilson helped us navigate all the ups and downs, providing emotional support along the way, and a few nudges when needed. She seemed to somehow be available 24/7 and was responsive throughout the entire process. She connected us to the architect and contractor that worked on our house, as well as several other service providers. When the process was over, we missed our constant communications!
